Introduction

The Insights page in the Portfolio Management app is a dashboard that offers important data and visualizations to help you gain valuable insights into your portfolio.

Active Initiatives per Selection

The bar chart visualizes the distribution of your active initiatives according to the selected view. You can choose to display the number of initiatives per: App, Department, Location, Owner, or Use Case.

The page displays up to twenty items at a time. If there are more than twenty items, use the pagination buttons (< and >) in the upper-right corner to view items on a different page.

Active Initiatives per Stage

The bar chart displays the active initiative counts in this portfolio for each stage.

Active Initiatives in this Portfolio

This section shows the number of the active initiatives in this portfolio and the number of unique apps and epics that are linked to these initiatives.

Status of Active Initiatives

In this section, the donut chart proportionally displays the number of the active initiatives across different statuses, allowing for a clear comparison of their distribution.

Average Duration

This section presents the average duration between the intake date and the start date, as well as the average duration between the start date and the go-live date. These durations are calculated using data from the active initiatives, and archived initiatives that has archive reason as “Completed”.
